LASH CURLS
Fab Lashes are available in a variety of different curl types, these can be applied to nearly any type of natural lash, of course, the more closely they are matched to the curve of a clients natural lash, the more easily and effectively they will bond.
| B Curl | A very popular lash – the B Curl lash has a lovely soft curl which gives your lashes a natural yet enhanced ‘lift’ |
| C Curl | Our most popular lash – the C Curl opens the eye beautifully with its extra curl, blends very well with the B Curl |
| D Curl | Our ‘curliest’ lash – the D Curl provides a real WOW effect – extreme lift and curl! |
| L Curl | A relatively new lash curl – this lash has a straight base and then lifts upwards to create lift and curl for those with very straight or downward pointing lashes |
LASH THICKNESS
Fab Lashes come in five thicknesses –
| .06mm | The ultimate in fine lashes for volume lash work, so soft and fluffy they are nothing short of amazing – use for up to 6D volume lash work on suitable natural lashes |
| .07mm | Incredibly fine and soft lashes, absolutely beautiful for volume lash work – can be used for up to 6D volume lashing on suitable natural lashes. |
| .10mm | Very fine lashes, perfect for 2D and 3D volume lashing or just for use on very fine natural lashes. |
| .15mm | Our all-rounder lash thickness – One of the most popular – these lashes are lightweight enough for most natural lashes while still being fine enough to look super natural |
| .20mm | Suitable for strong, healthy natural lashes – these thicker lashes are most commonly used for photographic work, weddings and other events. As the lash industry is evolving we are tending to use finer lashes (just more of them) rather than the thicker lashes – however the .20s are still a popular lash for many – lovely to blend in the the .15s. |
LASH LENGTHS
Fab Lashes are available in 11 lengths, from 5mm to 15mm – it is generally agreed by professional lash artists that lash extensions should be no more than 30 to 50% longer than the length of the natural lashes – this is particularly important to ensure the ongoing health and well-being of the natural lashes. There have been indications that if lash extensions are applied far too long and/or too heavy for the natural lashes that the lash follicle can be distorted over time, it is imperative to avoid this as there is a possibility of the damage causing permanently drooping natural lashes and affecting lash growth – aside from the fact that heavy and excessively long lashes will not hold their shape and will twist and droop! We believe that you can safely allow your clients those ‘special occasion’ lashes every once and a while without cause for worry, just not on a daily basis – of course it goes without saying that lash extensions must always be properly applied to a single natural lash.
