In New Zealand all items are sent via NZ Courier Post or other courier company as chosen by the company.
Orders with a value of up to $500 have a flat rate of $6.00.
Rural delivery customers will be charged an extra $6.00 to cover courier company charges.
These prices apply within New Zealand only.
FREE Shipping within New Zealand
If the total of your order comes to more than $500.00, the shipping is free! This price applies within New Zealand only.
International Shipping
International shipping is available worldwide, but please contact us prior to confirming your order so we can advise the shipping costs, we endeavour to find the most cost effective method of shipping possible for our clients.
Collection
Goods for collection are by prior arrangement only.

Returns Policy
If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy If you wish to return goods, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods to advise the nature of your complaint, please supply all relevant contact information and then arrange for the goods to be returned to us within 14 days of notice of intent to return, in original condition and packaging accompanied by the original invoice number.
Please also advise whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund.
Return Procedure
- Please pack your return items carefully.
- Goods must be returned within 14 days from notice of intent to return.
- You will be notified by email when your return has been processed, which should be within 7 working days.
