Whether you are already working in the beauty industry or looking for a new career path, our eyelash extensions workshops combine all theory and practical, hands-on techniques necessary to enable you to become a confident and professional Eyelash Extension Artist.

Our Eyelash Extension Courses & Training Programmes focus in the main part on providing practical experience in individual eyelash extension, which involves isolating a single natural eyelash to which we apply a single lash extension, however, demand for a quicker method of eyelash extension application has inspired us to develop a new method of lash application, Xpress Lashes, which is now also included in our training programme.

Eyelash Extension Courses & Costs

WORKSHOP TRAINING OPTIONS
UPGRADE TO A PROFESSIONAL KIT FOR JUST $210 (plus GST)

One-on-One Workshop

One day – 5 hours intensive training
*model required for training purposes

Train in a one-on-one situation, either in your own salon or at our training facility in Albany, Auckland.

Cost: $850 (plus GST)

One Day Group Workshop

One day – 6 hours intensive training
*requires minimum of 2 trainees for workshop to proceed

Train alongside other students at our training facility in Albany, Auckland

Cost: $650.00 (plus GST)

Salon Workshop

One day – 6 hours intensive training
*based on a minimum of 2 trainees
*models are required for training purposes

For salon groups of 2+ students that require just one Starter Kit

Cost: $650.00 (plus GST)

for each extra trainee (no kit)

Level 2 Workshop

One day – 4 hours intensive training

Designed for technicians with six months plus experience who want to take their technique to the next level.

Cost: $750.00 (plus GST)

includes Specialty Lash Kit (value $300)
maximum of 4 trainees per workshop

Two-Day Workshop

Two days – 10 hours intensive training
*models required for training purposes

For extensive, in-depth training (including practical work on 3 models) this 10 hour course covers Level 1 and 2 techniques.

Certification Workshop

Levels 1, 2 or 3
2 hours intensive training

TRAINING INFORMATION

Certification

Trainees will receive a Certificate of Attendance on their training day.

Full Fab Lashes Level 1 Certification is awarded following successful technique review. (please see information below regarding review process)

Your comprehensive and detailed training manual will be supplied on training day.

Starter Kit is provided on training day

Option to upgrade to Professional Kit for an extra $210 (plus GST)

Deposit:
50% deposit is required to book your training date

Final Payment:
Remaining 50% of fees are required five days prior to training date

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, bank deposit or credit card

Travel Costs

Our Trainer is available to travel to your salon for training workshops in your own premises. Trainees are to cover the applicable costs.

Outside of Auckland Day Rate: $500

Travel Costs: by arrangement – trainee is to cover cost of flights.

Eyelash Extension Course – Review for final Level 1 Certification

On your training day you will be awarded with a Certificate of Attendance to confirm your completion of training on our Eyelash Extension Course. At FAB LASHES we endeavour to ensure that our Certified Technicians offer only the highest level of workmanship, in order to achieve this we carry out a technique review before issuing your Level 1 Certificate. To complete the certification process and receive full certification we request that trainees provide us with photographic evidence of their practice work following training – on completion of this technique review Trainees will be awarded FAB LASHES Level 1 Certification, offered a free listing on our “Find a Lash Artist” page and receive a congratulatory gift pack of lashes. We believe that the technique review is an important part of your training and allows us to review your workmanship and technique while offering constructive feedback to assist with any problem areas.
