Refund policy

If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy If you wish to return goods, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods to advise the nature of your complaint, please supply all relevant contact information and then arrange for the goods to be returned to us within 14 days of notice of intent to return, in original condition and packaging accompanied by the original invoice number. 

Please also advise whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund. 

Cancellation and Product Return

You may cancel orders without charge at any time up to the despatch of goods to your address. Any payment made by you will be credited back to you. Fab Lashes Limited offers the highest standard of quality control and endeavours to ensure that all products released from our premises are in perfect condition. We will gladly exchange any item found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt. Notification of damaged or faulty goods must be received by Fab Lashes Limited within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Please advise the nature of your complaint and supply all relevant contact information. Arrange for the goods to be returned to us within 14 days of notice of intent to return, in original condition and packaging accompanied by the original invoice number. Please also advise whether you would prefer a replacement, refund or a credit. All goods returned must be in original condition and packaging and include all accessories and the invoice or delivery docket. All goods except faulty goods must be unopened. 

Return Procedure 

• • Please pack your return items carefully. 
• • Goods must be returned within 14 days from notice of intent to return. 
• • You will be notified by email when your return has been processed, which should be within 7 working days.

Training Refund and Cancellation Policy 

There is a non-refundable charge of $250 should a workshop be cancelled by a Trainee more than seven (7) days prior to your scheduled training date. If a workshop is cancelled by a Trainee within 1 (one) to 7 (seven) days prior to scheduled workshop date, a non-refundable charge of $350 will apply. Lack of notification of cancellation will negate any refund from your workshop fee. Any travel costs associated with training are non-refundable and will be deducted from the booking deposit. 

Warranties

Fab Lashes Limited gives no express guarantees unless they are in writing. Fab Lashes Limited will repair or replace any goods which fail to comply with any guarantee contained in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing on this site is to be construed as a recommendation to use any particular product
