Acceptance of Terms

When you access this site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms described below. If you do not agree to the terms discussed here, you should exit the site and refrain from placing any orders.

Contract, Payment and Delivery all within New Zealand

Orders will only be accepted by Fab Lashes Limited and payment is to be made in NZ currency, unless other arrangements are made. Any contract arising from this site is governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Non Payment of Accounts

In the case of non-payment of accounts, every effort will be made to arrange for payment of invoice, however in the unfortunate event that debt collection is unsuccessful Fab Lashes Limited will notify the purchaser by email that they have a period of seven (7) days to pay the full amount of the outstanding invoice. If full and final payment is not made within seven (7) days the debt will be passed on to Baycorp NZ Ltd for collection. All fees and costs associated with collection of the debt will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will be added to the total amount of the original account – this is fully understood and agreed to by the purchaser.

Product Availability

Product may be added to or removed from the site from time to time. From time-to-time products described on the site may not be available. While Fab Lashes Limited does not accept liability for any loss arising, every effort will be made to keep the information up to date and accurate. Items that originate overseas may from time to time be delayed in transit - these items will be backordered and sent out immediately on their arrival. 

If an item is specifically requested as a special order by a customer, then this order will be subject to a 50% deposit being paid.

Orders, Price and Payment

Products may be ordered by following the instructions on the catalogue pages of this site. All orders must be paid for in full prior to leaving Fab Lashes Limited unless otherwise arranged prior to order leaving premises. All prices quoted include Goods and Services Tax. Prices may increase or decrease from time to time. Delivery charges within New Zealand will be calculated for each order and shown as a separate item before you enter your payment details. Delivery will be by Courier Post/NZ Post or other courier company as chosen by Fab Lashes Limited. If Fab Lashes Limited is unable to deliver any items, any deposited money will be returned in full including any relevant delivery charges. Title and Risk Your order is not binding until accepted by Fab Lashes Limited. Goods are at our risk until delivered to you. We may deliver each item ordered separately if we choose for supply or other reasons. If this is the case you will not incur any extra delivery cost. All goods remain the property of Fab Lashes Limited until paid for in full and funds are cleared. Cancellation and Product Return You may cancel orders without charge at any time up to the despatch of goods to your address. Any payment made by you will be credited back to you. Fab Lashes Limited offers the highest standard of quality control and endeavours to ensure that all products released from our premises are in perfect condition. We will gladly exchange any item found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt. Notification of damaged or faulty goods must be received by Fab Lashes Limited within 48 hours of receipt of goods. 

Any goods to be returned must be received by Fab Lashes Limited within 14 days of advice of intention to return goods. You may choose to have the goods replaced without further charge, have the cost of the goods held in credit with Fab Lashes Limited for use on a future order, or have the total monies paid by you credited back to you. All goods returned must be in original condition and packaging and include all accessories and the invoice or delivery docket. All goods except faulty goods must be unopened.

Warranties

Fab Lashes Limited gives no express guarantees unless they are in writing. 

Fab Lashes Limited will repair or replace any goods which fail to comply with any guarantee contained in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. 

Nothing on this site is to be construed as a recommendation to use any particular product. 

Limitation of Liability 

Fab Lashes Limited is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the material on this site. Our products should be used with care and are for use by trained professionals only.
